Hi Queens.

Here’s my egg sandwich for breakfast. I used Dave’s Killer Bread thin slices but just noticed all the sodium! Once in awhile it’s ok for me to eat that much sodium but I notice the inflammation it causes my body. Added a side of guacamole salsa from Trader Joe’s, which is amazing! And vegan mozzarella cheese with romaine lettuce it was delicious 😋.

I am not vegan, but I was a vegetarian for 10 years during my 20s and vegan for one year during my 30s so I tend to go back to that type of food choices every 2 to 3 days a week.
