Ladies it’s 90 days before the end on the year and we’re already working out getting i have been on this streak of taking time to improve my mental health and environment so here’s a list I have been using that’s helped me… I hope it helps and make you feel as good as you continue on this journey to improve heal and reflect on what made you start in the first place. I take 3 days a week to do two things daily so I am not overwhelmed and it helps me fully engage in tasks that are productive and meaningful. I started doing this in July but have used this list as a guide. Hope it helps others who need help with areas in your life that may need guidance but you don’t have direction or support.
