Lord! This is exactly what I get for gettin ghost! This was very challenging for my body yet she was Queen in it all the way! Thank God for the stamina still from previous QW workouts!!! Good burn as I begin AGAIN! 🥳🥳

Good morning Queens. Checking in after a 3 week hiatus which feels like 3 months. Today is my first day working out. Gotta lot going on and it seems always overwhelmed in thought as the end of year approaching so fast! Reflecting and reevaluating where I am at physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My final analysis is there has got to be more! 2026 I declare i am walking into more, greater and I will no longer be hindered by my past! I declare 2025 will truly be “My soft era”…no more fight/flight…no more strife! I will ride like the wind! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Happy Holydays to you all and Cheers to a new you/us in 2026!
