Week 1 Day 2  i just finished lower body workout (yesterdays) and i am feeling stretched.  2 workouts in one day.  thank you Fabi for all the encouraging, motivating words.  I felt like i was getting ready to have church.  👏  Happy 6 year anniversary to you Queen Warrior and to all who have followed in your stead. 💪🌻🌻🌻💪

Good morning Queens. Checking in after a 3 week hiatus which feels like 3 months. Today is my first day working out. Gotta lot going on and it seems always overwhelmed in thought as the end of year approaching so fast! Reflecting and reevaluating where I am at physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My final analysis is there has got to be more! 2026 I declare i am walking into more, greater and I will no longer be hindered by my past! I declare 2025 will truly be “My soft era”…no more fight/flight…no more strife! I will ride like the wind! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Happy Holydays to you all and Cheers to a new you/us in 2026!
