Thank you Queen!! 🙌🏽it’s been hard getting back to a schedule but am hiking and doing some QW classes when I can. I miss you & QWs. It really is a miracle my Mom is doing well, thank you 🙌🏽♥️, we prayed and visualized her home again and we got our miracle. The hospital pumped her with crazy medication and then diagnosed her and treated her based on those medications side effects/allergic reactions, a total nightmare. I hope to share my full story one day on a podcast. Her story but I was by her side the whole time and probably have a form of ptsd from it, like seriously, very traumatic moments. That’s why am hiking and trying to get back to your live workouts. When’s the next challenge?! I need it.

Merry Christmas Queens! Wishing all of you many blessings and happy moments with your family and friends.

I gained my weight back, no excuses but I did go through a stressful end of year with my Mom in the hospital. Thanks to a miracle she is completely recovered and one day I will share my story on a podcast to bring awareness to every thing I experienced through her medical ordeal. Traumatic events but am proud of my strength for helping her get through it.

Today, I was changing outfits and noticed my body, I was so grateful I have kept up with my Queen Warriors workouts because while I did gain weight I look like I have showed up for myself! Every little workout, every single thing we do to take care of ourselves shows.

Thank you Fabiana, coaches and Queen Warriors for being my inspiration to keep going with my healthy lifestyle.
