I made it to 9 daily days of 30 min workouts and then during Mother’s Day weekend my body said nooooooo. I did notice a change in my body, I look healthier too. I worked out Monday did a 60 with Coach Amiee, yesterday, I was at the Disney Parks and got my steps in.
Today, am doing a workout as soon as I get home from work!! Sometimes I can’t wait for the live I need to do it as soon as possible to get it done but hope to see you all on a live sometime soon!!

I also got a solar powered charger for cell phones and iPads it’s on sale for $25 and seems to charge immediately.

Thank you Queens. My sister gifted me a 3 day pass during our city’s fire in January. We weren’t affected directly but it was a sad time. I lost all of my favorite areas of work in the Palisades fires. It took until April for me to build up my clientele in other city’s.
Thank God 🙏🏼 I have. I’ve always heard people talk about our inner child. This gift really brought my inner child to play and to feel that happiness we sometimes lose during tragic events. Remember to uplift your inner child Queens. 👑 ❤️
