Hello, dont be discouraged queen! We all have setbacks at one point or another. Its amazing that you are back at it again and trying to strengthen your body. I hope you recover fully well and find a groove that works for you

Hello,

I am feeling tired emotionally and a bit stressed. One win I have had this week is working out and eating veggies despite how I feel. I need support in staying motivated to be a boss lol. I've got school, mommy duties, wifey duties, and am doing small side jobs to afford bills. It is doable. I just sometimes feel like im not good enough or wont achieve my goals. Thats the biggest thing that gets in the way sometimes. However, when I put my all into things, I always see God show up. So I just need that push of encouragement today, to stay consistent and positive please๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’–

Month 3- Health Journey Update:

This month in particular, was a tough one. It had the power to make or break me. I was so close to giving up on how far I've come these past few months because of some setbacks. However, I reminded myself of what coach Fabi has been saying about how "I need to show up for me."

I was disappointed in the number on the scale. I wanted the numbers to go down faster. I also got discouraged because the pounds went up by a few. Then I watched a mindset coaching video with the guest nutritionist. What they said was SO encouraging. About how we shouldn't let the scale determine our progress because sometimes the breakthrough shows up in others ways. For example, like loose fitting clothes, smaller waist, etc. I've made progress regardless, and should celebrate even the little wins along the way.

So today, I remind myself that I AM A WARRIOR AND I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BEST! Keep going queens, don't give up๐Ÿ‘‘โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ
