I lost 23 pounds in the past 5 months. Hoping and working hard to lose another 6 before the year ends. What's your health goal before the year ends?

Hey y'all! Here's my most recent before and after shots. I don't currently know my weight because I rather focus more on my health than a number. However, I am feeling alot better so far.

Hip pain has left. I have less frequent headaches. I feel more energized compared to how I was a few months ago. I don't fit some of my clothing now lol but I don't mindπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚ lol I am grateful for how far I have come and I am hopeful for more progress along the way😊🌸

For those who need to hear it: it's ok to struggle but don't be afraid to get back up again if you fall. The only way to overcome our struggles is to follow through. So keep going at your own pace wherever you are in your journey of health and healing. You got this!πŸ’–πŸ‘‘

Month 3- Health Journey Update:

This month in particular, was a tough one. It had the power to make or break me. I was so close to giving up on how far I've come these past few months because of some setbacks. However, I reminded myself of what coach Fabi has been saying about how "I need to show up for me."

I was disappointed in the number on the scale. I wanted the numbers to go down faster. I also got discouraged because the pounds went up by a few. Then I watched a mindset coaching video with the guest nutritionist. What they said was SO encouraging. About how we shouldn't let the scale determine our progress because sometimes the breakthrough shows up in others ways. For example, like loose fitting clothes, smaller waist, etc. I've made progress regardless, and should celebrate even the little wins along the way.

So today, I remind myself that I AM A WARRIOR AND I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BEST! Keep going queens, don't give upπŸ‘‘β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯

What are some things that help you guys stay on track with your health when you're busy or face changes in your schedule?πŸ€”

Please leave tips and comments below⬇️

Something I do is always have a case of protein shakes and granola bars available in my household. Something quick for me to grab throughout the week, without prep needed. Im not someone who typically sits down to enjoy breakfast as I'm always on the go. So that helps take care of my breakfast alot lately.

Month 2 update: I lost 5.5 pounds this month. I challenged myself in new ways by finishing coach sables boxing classes and doing some HITT workouts. As for eating habits, I've continued eating less carbs. In place of carbs I've incorporated more protein, vegetables, and fruits. Thankfully, the balance has been helping me to feel more full and energized through this journey so far. Maybe I'll post some recipes soonπŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ˜‹

Hello QW Fam!πŸ‘‘πŸ’–

I am officially 1 month into working out and eating better on a regular basis. I went from 245 pounds to 231 pounds so far. My goal weight is 190 pounds because my doctor recommended it. I have alot of work to do still, but I am just grateful to get this far. Also, I am new to this and feel insecure about sharing but I do want to hold myself accountable. For the first time in motherhood, I've committed to taking care of my well-being and I want to stay motivated to keep going. Thank you guys for helping me to keep going. The testimonies, workout programs, community, and more is sooo encouraging. What a privilege it is to be a part of something like this and grow with yallπŸ˜ŠπŸ’–
