What are some things that help you guys stay on track with your health when you're busy or face changes in your schedule?🤔

Something I do is always have a case of protein shakes and granola bars available in my household. Something quick for me to grab throughout the week, without prep needed. Im not someone who typically sits down to enjoy breakfast as I'm always on the go. So that helps take care of my breakfast alot lately.
