Hi Queens! Happy Friday 😊

Wanted to share my happy vibes from yesterday. I did a favor for a friends kids guitar, that favor got me to another friends job where I saw this amazing guitar, Prince famous guitar!! 🤩it was amazing to see his guitar, a piece of our music history so close! 😊❤️🙌🏼☮️ due to the time I spent there I missed Coach Alexis live class! Coach Alexis, I thought of you as I took this picture, hope you feel the vibes from it!!

Hi Nicole 💞☮️☀️ am sorry for your loss. Best advice I can give you was given to me once. “Breathe”.

Take a deep breath 😮‍💨 and exhale 😮‍💨.

Keep showing up for yourself, this community will help on those days you need it the most we’re here Queen.

From my experience grief is life changing, one day you’re living your life, suddenly death happens and it stops us in our tracks but life goes on and time keeps ticking so little by little we have to pull ourselves together again because we’re still here. We learn to live without our loved ones who have passed. It’s ok to cry for them, they were loved.

I had to see a therapist when my sister in law died decades ago because I was always sick but it was all emotional. I read books to help me get through her passing many years later when my Dad passed away from Cancer I couldn’t breathe, I was told those are panic attacks, the body responds differently, I also gained weight.

Last year, I lost my brother in law and a close friend and it’s hard to get up and keep going but we have to and we can by being gentle to ourselves during these times. Selfcare is more important than ever, yoga is amazing for it. Will you be at the live tomorrow with Coach Amiee?!

Hope you’re feeling better from your allergies?! I read somewhere that the weather would cause the worst allergies ever. I have this book, my go to when something is going on with me and here’s what it says for allergies. Try it!! It’s worked for me for many years, you repeat the affirmation throughout the day as needed. 💐 feel better Queen! ❤️
