Hi Queens!
Thanks to Coach Chasity saying she was working out daily for May, I am trying to do the same. Today is my 8th day!!! I didnโt want to workout but I did and am only doing 30 min workouts. I feel great after every workout and excited to see the difference 31 days can make.
