So while working out I struggle with being comfortable in my lunges and I can’t do a push up yet , with that being said if I cannot do a complete push up am I still getting something out of it when I do them even if I can’t go all the way down same with my lunges lol I almost fall over trying to do those but when I go down as far as I can I feel like I’m not going down enough ? Any suggestions
