Hey Queen,

It’s okay! It happens to all of us - but the important part is, you’re being intentional about making a plan to keep going.

Set a goal that’s feasible for you. If it’s starting out with three-30 minute sessions a week that’s great. Once you’re comfortable, then see how you can challenge yourself. 🫶🏾

The way I see it, it looks like you’re looking to build endurance. I see nothing wrong with going on a walk on your rest days or even after your Queen Warrior workouts. Do listen to your body though- marathons are no joke.

Main focus should be building endurance but also your nutrition 🙌🏾 (Hope this helps)

Hey Queen!

I agree, it’s recommended to do some walking and get some stretching in. If your legs are overly sore, maybe skip a day of hardcore work or go for an upper body workout.
