Good Morning 🌞

I took a much needed rest day yesterday and came back stronger today.

What a great workout.

I stacked my (2) 10lb plates for my block. (I keep forgetting to look at 5below 😆)

Those squats felt really good on the inside of my thighs ;)

The last work out I held my 20lb dumbbell in my hand with the foot that was planted.

Used my 20lb dumbbell for all the work outs.

Good afternoon 🌞 sweat is coming down.

I'm sorry SINGLE arm burpee??? FABI , GIIIRL 😵‍💫

I attempted it the first round- I stepped out cuz I wasn't trying to bust my ass 🤣

2nd round I did both arms and jumped out, last round I did single and stepped out.

All these squats got my lil pancake on 🔥 🔥

Squat lunge- 20lbs

Double squat- I used my one 20lb & held it

RDLs- 95lbs

Did 30 mins on my exercise bike about an hour before I went running.

Definitely proud of myself... I'm hefty 😆 & if you would've mentioned running to me a few months ago. I would've laughed in your face.
