Imagine falling asleep on the mat immediately after the workout 😂 had to get the work in but sleepy after work... ending that workout on the mat was all my body needed to end my morning. Great class Coach Aimee

On the days that I go to the gym and I am really not feeling 'the vibe' I put on my gospel workout Playlist and without failure I find extra strength. Today was a reminder of that thank you for the session feels good after the weekend. As usual Coach Jamila you did your thing 👸

Had my sister pick a random workout for me today this was her choice. Felt like the workout was 2hrs long with these cramps cramping but I made it through. As usual Coach Jamila you did your thing.

I feel like I want to do a daily coach appreciation post one day to one coach until I make it through the list. Started this app earlier this yr about spring and I can say the uniqueness of each coach is amazing and needs to be recognized. What you think queens?

So today I earned my 60classes badge and while I am happy for the consistency today I was really not feeling it. I completed 30mins with the lowest energy. maybe should have rested after work first but I will try to redeem myself with a gym walk or a live class tonight. I want to feel the excitement of earning this badge and with this low energy it feels like a dud😒
