Coaches and QW Customer Support help this sister out PLEASE . These push ups ( that I HATE), when I do them, I occasionally have left clavicle pain. I know that is NOT right. I do Modified version because I am not yet able to tolerate my full body weight and I also dont make it as low for the same reason. Any form advice or tips?

I enjoyed this w/o today. Gospel is my typical playlist when I need to find that strength to do the work. S/O Fabiana for acknowledging the TRUE warriors our breast cancer survivors 💗 and our domestic violence survivors 💜. Love and light to you all.  For the ones still fighting there is a light at the end of the tunnel shining for you.💗💜💗💜💗💜
