I struggled on the last HIIT workout session ๐Ÿ˜ฉI did what I could. It was hard to keep up and do some of the workouts since my body is still recovering. #Postpartum also, my balance is so off still and push ups never been my thing along with burpees ๐Ÿซ 

Also, when it comes to getting on my knees for some exercisesโ€ฆ. My knees scream and cry lol any suggestions?! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ My knees seem to be sensitive. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
