I struggled on the last HIIT workout session 😩I did what I could. It was hard to keep up and do some of the workouts since my body is still recovering. #Postpartum also, my balance is so off still and push ups never been my thing along with burpees 🫠
Also, when it comes to getting on my knees for some exercises…. My knees scream and cry lol any suggestions?! 🙏🏽 My knees seem to be sensitive. 😬
