Just finished this workout && couldn’t help but cry at the end when you were reading a comment && saying “NO we’re not gonna do that “ ( talk down or be negative ) 🥺😢 I felt that to my core because I’ve been struggling on my self esteem and loving on me. I am 9 months postpartum with an 11 year age gap girl mom of 2. My body is not the same && the bounce back has been way harder for me && I have stretch marks all on my belly now. I know I should feel blessed that I was able to carry my beautiful girls && I am, truly, but I seem to struggle with body dysmorphia ! 😩

With that being said… I’m hoping to stay consistent && continue this journey. 🙏🏽
