I struggled on the last HIIT workout session π©I did what I could. It was hard to keep up and do some of the workouts since my body is still recovering. #Postpartum also, my balance is so off still and push ups never been my thing along with burpees π«
Also, when it comes to getting on my knees for some exercisesβ¦. My knees scream and cry lol any suggestions?! ππ½ My knees seem to be sensitive. π¬
