Hi guys. So I had this for almost a year now and in the beginning I did very little because I got caught up with work, school and kids. But now I'm on a break of 3 weeks and I'm trying to go really strong. I started back up on Monday but I wanted to ask which class is recommend for the arms, back, waist, and tummy? I tried doing Sammi's HIIT yday but then switched it to Fabi's with dance. Any recommendations?
