Hi guys. So I had this for almost a year now and in the beginning I did very little because I got caught up with work, school and kids. But now I'm on a break of 3 weeks and I'm trying to go really strong. I started back up on Monday but I wanted to ask which class is recommend for the arms, back, waist, and tummy? I tried doing Sammi's HIIT yday but then switched it to Fabi's with dance. Any recommendations?

Oo ok. I thought they used weights and stuff for the arms.

Hi, im new here! Can someone please put in the links to where and what I should buy that we would need for the workout videos and our new journey overall please. They have so many brands and so many things out in the market today, I would prefer to go with your recommendations please. Thanks in advance!
