I do not want this to be perceived as a complaint but as what you’re asking for, an opinion/thoughts:

I still consider myself new to the program but I’m gaining my footing as a Queen Warrior. I LOVED the 30 minute class options in the start. I left me feeling like I wasn’t overwhelmed or intimidated by a full hour with a personal trainer. I also, sad to say, didn’t have the attention span or desire for much longer. I knew I could get thirty minutes and if I was feeling gassed then a fresh tap in on another 10 minute course with Fabi’s abs or booty courses then I felt like I was doing something.

As time progressed I craved more and moved onto intermediate and 1 hour courses.

This method seems great to me! I’m not hung up on missing the thirty minutes because there are options to work 30 minutes I.e. catching a past video replay or stopping the workout at thirty minutes or leaving the live at thirty and joining later when I have the time or feel ready.

We are left with so many options on how to get it done at our pace and our liking that I feel like those complaining are kind of just looking for reasons to 🫣🫢

The “Start Here” video is the first video we see when we open our app on the tv, computer or phone so if I were a true beginner I would watch that and leave confident in navigating through the app and starting my journey with QW.

Y’all can do no wrong in my opinion 🫶

*My body is just… well, it needs a lot of work but that’s why I’m here and I’m not going to give up on myself yet!

I was sick for a few days, hit hard by the flu. After a couple days of rest and recovery I took a free two week personal training introduction through my work. It was two sessions each week. I honestly felt like I get more out of the QW workouts but I’m thankful I did it. I am still dropping pounds and took Fabiana advice and shifted more to strength training to focus on toning so I don’t have the flab. I’m concerned for my arms - any advice? They are massive and seems like they just aren’t showing progress.

My workout today was a replay full body hour session with Raven Cruz .. I was a starfish but definitely not a sexy starfish. Just a dead starfish 😅

My goal for the next 45 days is to incorporate mindful rituals to accompany the workouts as well as maintain movement and accountability.

I took a break from my phone but still kept it moving and I’m back now 🤙 If I get annoying just scroll on passed me but I know my Queens will support me because we all have nothing but love for one another!!

*I tried joining the last two workshops and I couldn’t connect. I reached out to customer support and they apologized and said something like there will be more to join in the future. How is the 3 method working for those that have tried? I’m going to dig in and see what I can find. I want to try this method out!

**I didn’t have to dig very far to see what the 3 method is all about. It’s a video up at the top of our app where it says “start here”. From what I gathered, it’s a really thorough breakdown of what’s available to us through the app and community as well as a simplified introduction to how to begin our journey. I feel confident that I have been practicing this 3 method and will continue with it.

Haha, not needed but I appreciate the gesture. You showing up and the energy you bring is what I need. You guys are giving me something so much greater than a shirt, a new lease on life and a foundation for a healthy lifestyle I can pass to my boys! Ada Nieves haha, that’s ok! It took me almost two/three weeks before I realized I had access to Coach Alexis and her knowledge!!

I would start tuning in to Coach Alexis nutrition courses. She goes in on detail about all kinds of things that could potentially help you. You can always comment on her videos on a replay or tap in on the live. You can @ her in your posts in the community as well. Us Queens love to pass around second hand info and things we have learned from our coaches but it’s always best to get that info direct from a reputable source!
