Accountability check in: Day 26 of 30 days of movement #NEW

Iā€™m still here but Iā€™m 4 days away!!! I havenā€™t stepped on a scale or measured my body again and Iā€™ve been avoiding looking in the mirror because I know if I donā€™t see some sort of progress I will get discouraged. I DO feel better though. Overall, Iā€™m getting through the movements of each workout better and even though my stomach is still super flabby and not where I want I can feel things changes and strengthening.

Got through the work out with Fabiana today - Abs and Booty course and HIIT with Raven Cruz 30 days is almost here and itā€™s only going to get better! I got this!

Accountability check in: Day 25 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I meal prepped for the boys and I today to get us ready for school and my first week of work! Yoooooo! Iā€™m so ready!! I tell you one thing I wasnā€™t ready for today though, working out. I was thrashed by the end of the day. I sat on the couch and was thinking Iā€™ll just watch me a little show and then I will workout but I heard Fabiana saying, ā€œThis is the year of no excuses! This is the year we show up for ourselves, sis!ā€ And I was like yup okay letā€™s go.

I was tired as hell but I did it and I feel better and happy that I didnā€™t disappoint myself! I felt kind of doofy though because Iā€™ve done week three day 4 of the glute course like three times
because the little check marks havenā€™t been ticked at the top. I got half way through before I realized it, haha. Hopefully that doesnā€™t mess anything up progress wise šŸ˜…

Accountability check in: DAY 24 of 30 days of movement #NEW *Late post*

This is a late post - my youngest is teething so it was a rough night. Up every 15 minutes to an hour.

We had a rest day today. We went to the park and played in the morning and later in afternoon went for a very light hike at a nature preserve near by. We had fun looking for animals and collecting flowers and searching out bugs.

Back to the QW workouts/gym today. Iā€™m hoping niƱito can sleep through the night.

Accountability check in: Day 23 of 30 days of movement #NEW

Some how I was able to get my QW workout in before midnight! Thankful for that. Iā€™m on week 3 day 3 of Booty Blaster and same for the Abs course with Fabiana . Those swimmers got me. I closed my workout with a beginner HIIT class with Coach Jamila felt goooood!

Iā€™m one week away from achieving a full thirty days of working out!!!! Unbelievable!

I signed the offer letter for my new position today! Itā€™s funny how everything is just lining up for meā€¦ Iā€™m so thankful and happy and appreciative. I never thought Iā€™d be here and Iā€™m literally just getting started.
