I’m using this account as a live journal to hold myself accountable and hopefully my transparency is relatable to a fellow Queen 🫶

Makes total sense! Thank you, I’m far from tech savvy so this alleviates my worry!

Queen Warriors Customer Support today I received a notice stating my account is logged into too many devices. It showed six devices and I only have Queen Warriors on my phone and TV… I changed my password. I’m not sure if that’s normal or if maybe others have had a similar issue? Just kind of made me nervous maybe someone has logged in without permission?: 1.) I post some pretty vulnerable things 2.) The pictures I’ve posted are meant for the community and your staff 3.) I don’t want my membership in jeopardy because it appears that I am sharing my account when I am not.

Accountability check in:

Today was dedicated whole heartedly to putting into action the things I have learnt through Queen Warriors.

First thing when the boys father walked in the door this morning was to complain and try baiting an argument.

Raven asked in the W2D2 workout if the #LYC “Is this something your higher self would do?”

So, I asked myself and moved forward and held boundaries. Asked him to leave, texted him later and brought the baby with me to work after dropping the eldest to school.

This is day five of really sticking to my basic basic diet. I have to keep things simple to keep things moving and I have to say it’s working. I also wanted to let it be known that the 12 pounds lost is not from the start date of the challenge. A majority of that weight is from a week and two days prior, so 5lbs has been lost during the challenge. BUT I must remind myself it’s not about the scale! Accountability, showing up for me, being who I need to be… you know the drill.

Long winded as usual but I got the W2D3 workout in as well as a ten minute booty blaster session, the first half of the todays live and no treadmill being that it’s 3am. I don’t want to risk waking the boys up.

It’s a 22 day challenge. There is a list of things that we need to follow as a guide to learning to set boundaries and affirmations. Learning who and what to cut out of your life so you can operate at a prime level

Accountability check in:

I am here and I am doing it! From mental to physical I am becoming who I am destined to be! By order and decree I am becoming the woman of my dreams!!

Thank you Queens and all of our coaches for keeping me on track!!

*I hope this momentum continues because ya girl want to flaunt this summer

I completed Week 2 Day 2 and 2 miles on the treadmill. Kept the treadmill under 40 minutes as to not stress the joints out too much 💪

Food logged and meals prepped so everything today ran smooth and… honestly… perfectly!f

Accountability check in -

Enjoyed the Monday check in via zoom with Fabiana

I was able to get in 40 minutes on the treadmill - 30 minutes of a light jog and a ten minute cool down.

I joined the live today and the conversation was very uplifting. I wasn’t really able to get a good workout in because of too many distractions with the boys so I’ll circle back and start from the beginning once I get them to bed.

Today was good. Mellow. Stuck with it.

*Circled back and completed week 2 day 1 once the boys were asleep. Ready for this week. Let’s go!
