I missed my workout yesterday, but I finally got it in today! This was a great workout, I hope I won't be too sore to get my usual workout in tomorrow. This right here was no joke. 🔥🔥🔥

I am so excited about this challenge! Last night after signing up, I decided to pull out my measurements to see how far I've come over the last year!
I was shocked to learn that I've lost 3 inches off my waist and I am down 11.8 pounds! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I am so glad that I've been tracking my progress. None of my other measures changed much but I feel the difference in my body
This has me even more motivated to put this work in for the challenge. I'll be 40 in August and I know I might not be exactly where I want to be by then but, I definitely will be a lot closer to my goal!
I didn't write my measurements in the After boxes yet because I know I'll make more progress. 💖🙌🏽💪🏽

So, I did this workout on Monday after seeing Yvona's video on the Barre challenge. I didn't have time to to get an hour in because of an appointment I had but I'm definitely feeling it in my triceps. 😩😂 It hurts so good!
I'm definitely getting my hour in tomorrow and Friday! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Made myself a Chick pea salad and it's so good! I don't really post much but I am working to hold myself accountable and eat better to really see the results I want. I am finally being consistent working out so now it's time to eat right as well. Eating right is harder for me than consistently working out, but no more excuses! I want this and I'm willing to do what must be done to get it. Keep up the great work ladies!💜💜💜

Good morning! I am just joining a week behind. I had a long week coming back from a trip. It's all good though because this is personal and I am fighting to push myself beyond where I may fall short! It's me vs me and I have some goals to reach. My goals are to be more consistent no matter what life has in store, and to stop making excuses for myself, and of course to drop some weight and tone. I'm showing up for me in this season. Fighting for the woman I know I want to be.🙌🏾✨️🙏🏾🥰 I have 4 sons from ages 20 to 11 years old. My oldest just turned 20 yesterday. It's time for me to start claiming my life back after years of pouring into my family.
