Good afternoon Queens! Happy Monday! Woke up this morning and took my after pictures for Summer LYC. It’s still hard taking them knowing I still have to tone, but so proud I stuck to the habits to help me lose the weight.
Went for a 6.6 mile walk, did Aimee Johnson live power full body workout and the 3/7/24 advanced full hour booty blaster lower body with Sammy! Threw on Raven Cruz ‘s legging set and trying to remember the best things come with time, hard work and consistency!

Happy Saturday Queens! LYC is done, but the fitness doesn’t stop! Apparently I woke up and chose violence today because the way these buns and thighs are burning 🔥 LORDT. I did:

Cardio-6.50 mile walk

Happpppppy Friday! Summer LYC is done. 😫Coach Raven Cruz challenged us to a one hour workout today. Did her 2/5/24 Full Hour Advanced Kettlebell Full Body workout. Still laying on my mat because that workout was intense. Still have one more video to do Aimee Johnson 6/24/24 core workout later on today.

I was reluctant when I signed up for the spring challenge but ended up loving it and didn’t hesitate to sign up when they said there was a summer challenge. The last 10 weeks have been truly transformational with mind, body and spirit and I’m so grateful to have this experience. Love these new habits I’ve formed and will continue to take them after today.

Finally completed workout #3 for the day. Replay of coach Aimee Johnson ‘s 7/1/24 power full body .. such a good sweat! Love her workouts because they always push me to add more weights or reps!

Good morning beautiful Queens! Happy Hump Day! Last night I decided to do the replay of Raven’s Kettlebell workout and when I woke up this morning.. baybeeeee these legs and ass are done! Still have goals and managed to push through and do:
Summer LYC Week 4 Day 3✅
6/26/24 power lower body with coach Chasity✅
Cardio- 6.31 mile walk ✅

I have one more video to do later today ( coach Aimee) and I know she’s gonna kick my ass. This challenge has been amazing because I am pushing myself beyond what I thought and loving it!

Good morning ☀️ Happy Tuesday! Everything was sore this morning after doing LYC video yesterday, 6 mile walk and the booty blaster live class. I previewed the video for today and was dreading doing it.. but got through it! Everything is still sore!
