Hey everyone! I became a member a few months back. I haven't been able to start due to life doing its thing and everyday excuses. I want tomorrow to be the first day of my journey, joining all the lovely ladies on here as well. I finally got on the scale after avoiding it for months. I'm currently at 194π. But now I know where to start. Any suggestions would be lovely. Wish me luck!Β
Who uses QW app in the gym?
I been working out from home with the app and itβs been great! I just didnt have a lot of weight options, but I made it work with bands and other things!
Just curious to see who uses the app on a regular at the gym and how well it works for you instead of at home?
Any travel baseball moms in here? Or something similar? I'm looking for high protein snacks for long days at the ball park. TIA!
