Good morning, girlies,

I was doing so great eating the correct amount of calories and doing my workouts without skipping any. Unfortunately I got sick with laryngitis last week and I’ve been two weeks sick with fever and not being able to talk or breathe well. I also started my days so you girlies know how that is as well. Everything went down the drain except my weight I actually lost a lot of weight from not eating well this past week so I guess it wasn’t all that bad. I woke up feeling a little better so let’s hope I can catch back up.

We all go through some hard times in our life but if we stick to the plan we can conquer everything and anything we want. Hope today is a better day for all of you girlies out there!!! 💪🫶🏼

I was out for spring break for a whole week and I couldn’t begin on the 10th so I was supposed to begin on on the 17th of this month however I just got back from out vacation. I did the full body workout and the HIIT booty blaster today to make up for yesterdays workout and let me just say, I loveeeddd it!!!! Best workouts I’ve ever done in my life. ♥️ I am ready to transform not only physically but also mentally!!!
