Hi queens,

I just did Coach Yvonas last 2 workouts yesterday and today. The grace, the love, the strength, the motivation that seeps through her workout, her words is of a true Queen empowering other queens. Thank you for reminding us that we can push ourselves beyond our own strengths! You always bring it you are missed! Queen killing it coach Yvona and much blessings in your new endeavors.

I started QW and all I did was beginners fast forward about 2 yrs in I only challenge myself and that is because of the mindset I have learned with these Queens. I was in a bad car accident 2 yrs ago that affected my back and neck, and what I am able to do today is mind boggling with gods grace and the talented coaches I move like I am 30! And I’m 48 lol

Tip 😊tap into the yoga and stretch workouts ladies, booty camp, and barre. You will see the difference when you’re in the regular classes. Believe me, I’ve grown stronger conditioning πŸ’ͺ🏽 thank you Fabiana for this community πŸ™πŸΌ

I did this workout yesterday I felt her emotions it was gracious beautiful and motivating it certainly encouraged me to power through the workout. Best wishes queen you’re a force to reckon with πŸ’ͺ🏽 blessings upon blessings!

I haven’t been on here, passing by to say πŸ‘‹πŸ½

With all the stress going on in this country right now I decided to do the yoga videos and WOW! It helps me disconnect from the world and tune into ME, and may I add I am sore yikes!

As a wife of a federal employee and vet i will say stay prayed up, hopeful, many and I mean many have you in prayer πŸ™πŸΌ try your best to work out for your health and sanity. This platform provides so much. With all the stress and anxiety in our home god, and exercise and funny movies help! Take advantage of the yoga it helps! You got this πŸ’πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘ΈπŸ»

Hi ladies my last post was on Saturday! I was finally able to complete the 10k steps for the day :) That was huge for me!
However I became sick and finally better πŸ˜“
Today is DAY 3 of week 4 #LYC I will start today as Day 1 I know I’m backed up, but mentally equipped to workout at my pace and complete the challenge this week πŸ’ͺ🏽and I have Fabiana Ferrarini @queenwarrior and #LYC challenge to thank for that! Thank you πŸ™πŸΌ
I’m attaching my best steps from last week…ladies I work from home with very little wiggle rooms for steeping out and completing 10k steps but if you try you can accomplish more thank you think! Cheers to my 1st day back we got this πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘ΈπŸ»πŸ™πŸΌβ£οΈ
