Thinking about joining the LYC challenge...is this a daily without challenge for 30 days?
I need something to get me motivated, I enjoy at the end of April and have done 1 workout.. I'm ashamed and embarrassed.
I've been having severe lower back pain and of course that's played into the lack of motivation...
I don't want to give up before I even start... help!! I'm drowning in my own negative thoughts!

I didn't do the scheduled workout, but I walked 2miles around the complex. I'm so happy. I struggled with my mental health today and it was really hard just yo get moving. But I went on a walking date and it made me feel better.
