W1D2 done! Felt that burn! I was not prepared for the cardio at the end. I was not able to complete the last 10 minutes of cardio. I do not have a treadmill at home.

Hi Ladies 👑Happy Wednesday 💕

So I am back. My last workout was June 25th 😩 The summer schedule took me out with kids at home, traveling etc!! It can all be excuses 🤷🏽‍♀️ but today I decided to show up and press play! 💪🏽

I am re-starting with the 10 days of stretch with Coach Raven.

I also decided to eat healthy this morning as well.
