Hi Ladies! Happy New Years & Happy Sunday! I have been MIA since September! 😩

Nonetheless I am back and committing to 3 work outs a week. M, W & F; and walking everyday with my weighted vest. Starting tomorrow 05Jan2026. 💕

As much as I love the Live workouts, 7:30pm EST is usually dinner time at my house so I will need to catch a replay. Looking forward to a fresh start! God bless you all! 🙏🏽

Hi Ladies 👑Happy Wednesday 💕

So I am back. My last workout was June 25th 😩 The summer schedule took me out with kids at home, traveling etc!! It can all be excuses 🤷🏽‍♀️ but today I decided to show up and press play! 💪🏽

I am re-starting with the 10 days of stretch with Coach Raven.

I also decided to eat healthy this morning as well.
