Just finished last Thursday’s replay with Coach Jamila and I feel great! 💪🏻💪🏻 I’ve learned that it’s ok to give yourself grace and restart without feeling guilty. Good morning beautiful 👑! Just completed Coach Jamila’s Tuesday replay. Omg! What a great workout! I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻Thank you for the motivational words about somedays being in a funk and not wanting to do anything, well yesterday was that day for me and I skipped my workout. I felt guilty all day, but you reminded me that it’s ok.
