I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻Thank you for the motivational words about somedays being in a funk and not wanting to do anything, well yesterday was that day for me and I skipped my workout. I felt guilty all day, but you reminded me that it’s ok. This week has been extra hard for me because I lost my mom 2 months ago. I woke up today super depressed and after dropping off my kids at school, I just wanted to crawl back in bed and sleep the pain away, but I asked God to give me the strength and I got it done🙏🏼💪🏻This workout was a dedication to my beautiful mom. My forever Queen Warrior!🤍🕊️👸🏻I am so thankful that I joined this amazing community of strong inspiring beautiful woman that motivate each other to be better each day. I’m fairly new to the community ,but it has made such an impact in my life already.

I am a momma of 4 handsome boys in all phases of life. An adult, pre-adult, teenager and a toddler. There’s never a dull moment in my household and I’m always on the go, but I wouldn’t change it for anything in this world. I love being a mom!💙
