Hey Queens! I just finished week 2 day 3 of Coach Jamila beginner HIIT series and all I can say I've never been more motivated. The words she said and Playlist align with my spirit. I've needed a community like this and im so greatful to God I've found it. I'm looking forward to more workouts, more goals crushed and more Queen to Queen relationships . Im ready mentally for the LYC glow and flow challenge ! Let's do this!
