Hi Queens!!! Can someone explain the badges to me. Ive been on a roll and have only gotten up to 7,but ive done way more....also anyone else absolutely LOVE that the workouts are using more bands.!?

Anyone else experiencing inaccuracy in Their streaks? I've been on 4 days in a row fornthe past 3 weeks and it's hit or miss. Am I doing something wrong ?

Ok enough is enough for me! Im back and will be posting when I complete a workout for accountability to myself! I've been off ladies. The spiritual warfare is real but we prayed up this morning...WE can do all things through Christ who gives US strength! Let's go!

Hey Queens! I just finished week 2 day 3 of Coach Jamila beginner HIIT series and all I can say I've never been more motivated. The words she said and Playlist align with my spirit. I've needed a community like this and im so greatful to God I've found it. I'm looking forward to more workouts, more goals crushed and more Queen to Queen relationships . Im ready mentally for the LYC glow and flow challenge ! Let's do this!
