Help everyone! I tried to replay today's workout and it says video not available. Is there a time limit on how long video stays up?

Hey yโ€™all, I am new to the queen warriors team. I am excited but a bit nervous since I can never fully commit to losing weight but this is it! We got this. Just quick question, do we get a meal plan or we create our own? Iโ€™m more like a tell me what to eat kind of girl.

Hello, fellow Queen Warriors! ๐Ÿ‘‘

My name is Jessica, and I wanted to share an update following the photo I posted last month.

I am officially down 26 pounds! I started my journey in mid-March, but for the last 60 days I have been completely consistent, working out 5 days a week without missing a beat.

I can honestly say that Fabianaโ€™s program works. The results have been amazing.

Iโ€™ll admit, I was skeptical at first because this definitely isnโ€™t my first rodeo. Iโ€™m a former bodybuilding and calisthenics competitor, and Iโ€™ve always trained primarily in the gym, at the park, or occasionally at home. During this journey, however, Iโ€™ve relied almost exclusively on Fabianaโ€™s app, along with walking and cycling, and my results have been phenomenal.

As a working mom of three with a husband, finding time to get to the gym isnโ€™t always realistic. This program truly saved me. It gave me a way to prioritize my health again, keep my sanity in check, and learn to love myself enough to become the best version of me for my children.

The scale may say 26 pounds, but Iโ€™ve gained so much more than that. Iโ€™ve gained confidence, strength, discipline, and a renewed belief in myself.

I hope my journey inspires other women to take that first step and give it a try. Put in the work, trust the process, and donโ€™t give up on yourself.

It wonโ€™t always be easy, but I promise you, the reward is priceless. โค๏ธ

My observation April(green) June(pink)

Green one me hitting my protein targets and eating clean my muscles look jacked love it! Still working out every day. Pink one not hitting my protein target and just eating some what healthy these are the difference that I noticed in my body. I definitely love love the more toned and defined muscles in my legs. Still working out everyday. So queens observe the differences your body makes when you make changes to your eating habits. Very important!! Letโ€™s get it queens stay consistent baby!

Food was great today!

Morning green ๐Ÿต tea and chai tea with 2 hard boiled ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿณ eggs

1/2 avacado๐Ÿฅ‘ and a cup of strawberries ๐Ÿ“

Lunch

Chicken veggie soup and some ๐Ÿฅ‘ guacamole & chips

Dinner - after workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ

Protein shake & small bowl of chicken soup and 2 steak tacos ๐ŸŒฎ ๐ŸŒฎ

Yummm - all before 7PM

Going to bed after my

Just finished ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Brought out my bar when we were doing the deadlifts & sumos! Felt the burn, did the 25lb on the glute bridges but I had both feet on the ground!

Great workout.
