Getting back in the wagon this Wed.

Felt so off specially because mother nature decided to .ake.her present last week. Now I feel like I have the energy to workout 💪🏾

Also.went shopping for new pants and found out a size 12 is too big for me !!! Yay

I just finished a kettlebell full body 1hr workout replay with Chasity and I can't believe I did it. It wasent easy but I couldn't give up. I feel great and am looking forward to the next workout tomorrow 💪

Hey Queens, so its been about 2 to 3 months that I haven't worked out. I just logged in on my TV to finally start this journey and noticed the only workouts that appears are the summer shred. My favorites and Playlist are no where to be found. Has this happened to anyone? I still have it on my phone app but would rather play the work outs I saved in my favorites and Playlist on my TV.
