Hello everyone, new on here and very excited for this new journey
Excited about the Summer Shred seriesโจ๐๐ช
PLEASE keep replays from past coaches, especially those that have classes that arenโt offered anymore - like barre, stretch, and kettle. Some of my favorite replays have been taken down and QW support said old videos are taken down on a rolling basis to make room for new ones. Would LOVE to see exceptions be made for these types of classes. ๐

Iโm incredibly excited for this new season of Queen Warriors. A season focused on making it easier for women to show up, stay committed, and build momentum without feeling overwhelmed.
At the heart of Queen Warriors has always been the same mission: helping women become stronger, healthier, more confident, and more connected to themselves.
As we continue to grow and evolve, weโll keep listening, learning, and creating the best experience possible for our community.

I have a question, what did everyone put their watches at? Mixed cardio, hiit, strength training? I didnโt know which one to use
Did my replay for today and not 1 but 2 affirmations (God knows I needed it...lol) but I am very happy that I'm showing up for myself and remaining consistent!
I also decided after the advice I received from Fabi that I will no longer care about the scale until the month is done and LOCK IN by remaining determined. Let's go! ๐ช๐พ๐๐พ๐๐๐พโโ๏ธ๐ #summershredchallenge

Are there only going to be 3 workouts a week moving forward? Also is Pilates coming back anytime soon? Are the other coaches still coming back? And are different workouts going to be offered like yoga and power? Thank you
