I wanted to come back and share my progress with full transparency and show my body from multiple angles.These photos are just 6 weeks apart, and while the scale is slowly moving, what excites me most is seeing the changes in my shape, posture, waistline, back, and overall body composition.This journey hasnโt been about perfection. Itโs been about consistency. Showing up for my workouts, staying committed on the days I didnโt feel motivated, and trusting the process.Sometimes we get so focused on the number on the scale that we forget to look at the bigger picture. Progress isnโt always dramatic from one day to the next, but six weeks of small daily choices can create meaningful change.The days are long, but the weeks add up. โค๏ธ
Will we get back 4 week strength programs like Sammieโs where each week was structured into upper, lower, glutes day, full body, for us to follow? Iโm a busy mom who also works it was easier to stay consistent doing those 30 minutes power workouts where you was able to focus on a specific part each day.

Okay, I'm glad I wasn't going crazy. I'm getting ready to jump back into my fitness journey and wanted to start with the Thick + Fit curated workout playlist, so I was confused when I couldn't find it. From other comments, I now know the platform is going through another change. I'm still trying to understand the new setup, but I'll spend some time exploring to see if it still aligns with my goals and journey.๐
What happed to all the previous 30 min core no equipment workout videos? There use to be many variations but now thereโs only three video available

Iโll be very honest my first week was a bust, between traveling for work, working 13 hour days on my feet and I was having horrible back and hip pain by the end of the day. Not to mention the perimenopause drains my energy like Iโve never experienced. I refuse to be defeated!
What I focused on this week was what I could control, nutrition. I know this coming week will be different. Itโs my birthday week and I will push through.
So proud of myself. I wasnโt able to make the morning class for Friday but caught the replay & it felt so good to actually stay consistent. Amazing class as always! Thank you again Fabi!
