Soooo yesterday I decided to go try on my old jeans that are size 8 and man they fit better than before on me!!!! Im now 174lbs. I’m so happy that that I started this journey in January and I have lost my weight and I’m feeling good.
However for whatever reason it can be due to my knee injury and arthritis but these past couple of days I have been experiencing some fluid retention in my legs. I also sit for 8 hours for work. When I’m home on weekends I don’t really see that. I’m looking into a desk elliptical for work to control the fluid retention. Any other recommendations will be great🫶🏽.
But all in all truly grateful for everything. I will always look at my cup full instead of empty.
