Hi Queens,

This is my first time doing this program. I am a Mother of 3 kids and I have been up and down with my weight after my last child. I am 237 lbs and I’m tired of being in this same place in weight so here I am. I’m excited!! And I did my second workout today and got by butt kicked 🤣.

Omgggg I am sooo happy! I finally got myself a treadmill so I can have no excuses to get my cardio in and it’s literally one of the best investments I’ve ever made!! After catching a replay and hitting the treadmill for 30 min at 15% incline I feel amazingggg! Summertime is basically here so it’s time to show up and show out 😜😜

Hello ladies!!! Thought I share my little win today. This is a month of hard work and tears. I’m on a 21 day streak right now and just finished a replay. Will be on tonight at 7:30pm let’s go0o0!!!

I know it’s not a lot but with me correcting my eating habits for a month now and with me starting QW I am down 3lbs!!!

I’ve tried so many other workouts and different diets! I finally found the perfect match!! This is the first time in YEARS I actually feel good and happy that I found that actually is working for me!

Yogurt 🍦 and blueberries 🫐 with honey 🍯

Lunch some egg whites and two tortillas

Dinner 🍽️

Broccoli 🥦 & shrimp & my protein shake 🧋

Ending the night 💤 with my ginger, turmeric, cinnamon tea 🫖

First workout in a while. I’ve kinda been going through a break up so I haven’t been motivated. Ending a 6 year relationship has been emotionally but today I decided to get back to workout no matter how I’m feeling. I can’t stay sad forever and the least I can do is try to get back to me. I’m glad I chose to workout. Feels good to accomplish something today. Love you Queens💕

Hello fellow Queens‼️ 👑💪🏾🙌🏾

New here, originally from Queens, NY (ironic) and ready to be the BEST version of me.

I was invited to a wedding recently which is happening in November (and also happens to be my birth month) so I want to show up and show out! I want to feel confident, look amazing and shed this anxiety/self-doubt. I started my Day 1 tonight and I am so glad and so excited that I made this lifestyle change. My goal is to lose 3-5lbs a week for 90 days (yes, I know...very ambitious, lol) to get to my goal weight of 135 lbs and keep it off. I am a single mom of a beautiful 9yr old and I am currently the same weight I was when I was pregnant which has gotten me down lately because I used to have an amazing body and I really let myself go. Now I just want to get back to that and show my child that with hard work, consistency and determination you can accomplish ANYTHING! I also want to prove to myself that I am worthy of self love and to pour into me, as I haven't done that in yrs.

Lastly, I just wanted to say thank you to Fabi & all of you for this community and for all of the support. I am truly grateful to meet you all and be here. So, let's goooo everyone. Let's reach our goals together‼️ 🙌🏾🎉😌
