I started a week ago and Iβm so happy to be on the journey with a fully committed mindset. From 2024 to 2025 I lost 2 pounds ! Thatβs it! A joke. January 2026, I was done breast-feeding my 2 1/2 year-old son and I realize this whole time I wasnβt dedicated to making changes to my body how I wanted to in my head. I started with change to my nutrition and these are the results from just that. Between my three kids, my business and just being drained I couldnβt bring myself to the gym. I found Queen Warriors and realistically, told myself if Iβm paying for this app, I better do it haha. So Iβm going to use the second photo as my start and update in a month. For anybody else Whoβs new here, Iβm rooting for you. You donβt know what youβre capable of doing until you do it. You got thisβ€οΈ

Just to piggy back on one of those questions from the chat. Is there any tips on not getting nauseous while working out or getting light headed π₯΄. I do feel like that sometimes.

So I normally work out during the day but I felt sooo. SLUGGISH. I slept terrible bc of my baby he kept rolling into me πππ mother nature decided to visit AGAIN! *side note* why is it when we lose weight mother nature wants to come whenever she pleases??? The stuff we go through as women bc I know men don't have to deal with that. I looked at my shoes, sent my brother a message I needed a push , he texted back LOCK IN! && That I did.. great work out! I bought a jump rope to do some jumps in-between sets.
I also found this 20lb weight - HOLLA!
I DO believe I need to up from my 10lbs they feel light during some but after a few sets I feel the burn.
Does anyone know why certain Barre videos are not longer found ?
