Hey ladies. Happy Monday!! I am coming to buoy queens for some assistance please. I have never been a fan of weights buttttt I know I have to get over it and I think I’m finally ready lol. Can you please give me some guidance on where I should start with this? Is there a specific class/instructor that I should be following? I am slimming down but o want a nice ass and a toned body. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you

Happy Sunday queens! I have a suggestion because I noticed that there are plenty of times that we don’t get to do all 3 sets of an exercise due to time restraints but I think it’s because yall are trying to overcomplicate the structure of the classes put out. Try to keep it simple 4-5 exercises that way we can execute 3 sets of the reps were supposed to do and stay on track with timing for each class. I think doing structuring the classes in this way would allow us to focus on progressive overload as one can go up in weight since after the first round of all sets we already know what to expect and continue to either go uo in weight or add more reps. Just a little food for thought. Hope everyone has a restful Sunday!
Okay… I know this might not be what this posting section is for… but I feel so horrible about myself and am lacking motivation to get into it. I think my diet has more to do with it than anything.
My boyfriend said something last night when he was drunk about how no one will want to be with a girl who’s belly looks like mine.
That’s my biggest insecurity and I just feel horrible about myself. What foods and best workout help to get rid of belly fat and tighten stomach? I also want to make my butt more plump.
Not for him… but for me to finally get my confidence back and not feel like a fat piece of shit.
