Happy Monday my Queens ! I hope all my mommas out there had a phenomenal Mothers Day ! I hope you are reminded that you are an amazing mother EVERYDAY! And not just on Mothers Day !!
With that being said.. let me get you nice and snatch tonight ! I miss ya tons. FEELS like I was away for a long time lol and honestly I left Friday after class.
Either way todays class is no equipment needed (HIIT at 730pm ET) and then we are going into our BOOTY BLASTER at 800pm et bring whatever house hold items you have or DO IT WITHOUT.
