Just signed up on Friday and Iโm on my fourth workout!!! I actually prefer these weight lifting compared to walking workouts which have done so much for me over the past year. But then I hit a peak and wasnโt dropping any more on my tummy which is my least favorite, most hardest part of my body to deal with.
The way I want to do todayโs class but the way my quads are yelling at me every time I go up n down the stairs. IDK I might be a watcher tonight n just enjoy a good massage on my legs tonight.

What a great class with Aimee! I never done yoga before. As a 46 year old woman. I have been experiencing some trapped air (TMI) and let me tell you this class helped me relieve it. It was challenging but definitely something I need to do more of even if I canโt keep up at the moment it still helped. Even with my knee I didnt know I was capable of doing some of the movements. Will definitely continue this class. ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ
