Just did my first dance workout!! It feels like Iβm home! I took dance in high school for three years and I love dance so much! π
Good morning! I am starting my journey todayππππ». I beat salivary cancer (30 rounds of radiation to mouth and neck) and finally feel strong to start working out thank God! I lost about 40 lbs during treatment and need to tone.
What equipment will be used for the different exercises? I have some but may need to purchase others. I want to be prepared to maximize the outcome. Thank you in advance!
I did day one Sunday and day two yesterday for the LYC and idk what is sore more. My upper back, the back of my arms, my glutes, my legs or my abs. π
Iβm not sure if anyone else have knee issues but if anyone knows of sneakers that will be good to wear that keeps knees hips aligned and doesnβt cause much strain on knees I would appreciate any recommendations.
LYC WEEK 2 day 1 done β I got 15,017 steps in today. I have to say itβs because I donβt have a car and I walk everywhere lol exhausting.
