Hey guys I have a question. Are the queen warrior work outs design to make your booty rounder and bigger? I’m just curious because when I was looking up how to build a booty it says a barbell is highly recommended because you can go higher with weights.
I’m just curious because I have questions because my goal is to be nice and tone with a nice round booty by summer of 2026 lol
