I had to get on here real quick and tell yβall how happy I am to be doing this program. I signed up last week and just completed my 6th class. I am unable to join the live tonight so I told myself I would wake up and do a replay this morning. When I tell you I woke up and did not want to work out, but guess what?! I did and I am so grateful I did!! Fabiana is so real and relatable! When she says things like βI be dyingβ Iβm like girl me too, but her realness helps me want to keep showing up! I already feel stronger and Iβm excited to keep going!! God bless! Happy Friday!!
Let me tell you... I am so proud of myself yall. Today was my second workout on this app and boy am I pleasantly surprised. I did the live class on Wednesday and even though my body was still on FIRE, I pushed through and did another workout this morning. And to top it off, I have my mom and aunt visiting and did the workout anyway instead of giving myself the excuse that I didn't want them to see me exercising. Thanking God that I found this community ππΎ.

The arm portion of this workout was FIREEE π₯ π₯ Definitely a favorite!
For the skull crushers, I used my 25lb plate. Felt the SQUUUEZE in my core π₯ π₯
For the standing crunches, I held the 10lb dumbbells in both hands.
Those DIPPPS ; UNACCEPTABLE π€£π€£ my upper body is definitely my weaker point so I definitely did a hard 5 dips before I took a break and got back to it.. my arms are on π₯
