Good evening Queens! My first time here and just completed my first work out! I was exhausted from work and almost took the easy way out and wasn’t going to show up. Hi All!
New here. Just did my second class and feel so hyped up after this live class.
I’ve always had an issue with consistency, but I feel like these live classes will really help me to stay on schedule. I literally logged off of work, grabbed a bite to eat and turned on the TV lol to do the workout.
Glad to be here with you ladies. Looking forward to this journey and becoming the best version of myself.

I’ve been doing some soul searching lately and I’m not happy with my current lifestyle. I have a hard time finishing what I start. I joined this group for accountability, and to have a community of like minded women on a similar journey. I’m doing the live workout at 7:30 tonight (which I’m sure is going to kick my ass)I have not worked out in quite some time due to health issues. Today my journey begins! I just wanted to introduce myself, and say great job to everyone who has stayed consistent even on the hard days when you didn’t feel like showing up…you are my motivation!💕

Good morning, ladies ! Happy Monday! I am so ready to get it in the week! I did my scan on Sunday and was not happy !! I definitely did the scan bloated. Got in my head and didn’t submit it. It was my motivation to keep pushing ! And so I opened the app and saw this! And then I put on my favorite work pants. They used to fit a little snug. They fit perfect !! I needed all of this. My journey will have its ups and downs but I will keep showing up! I went out with my girls and we were drinking and eating bad. I was like nah, this is not in alignment with my goals. So I will be working hard in this diet change !!

Super Excited to be back!!!!
Haven't been here for a year now and was working out at my local gym but its not the same as Queen Warriors.
I found myself lost, unmotivated, lazy and unworthy.
I stay focus on building my businesses and managing a financial center that drains me mentally. So im excited for this new fitness journey.
IM READY TO GIVE IT MY ALL AND REFOCUS ON ME!!!!
