My body has made so many changes. Iโm in amazement! Fabi asked for before and after. Putting these photos side by side was a game changer. I hadnโt compared in awhile. Top roll was when I started queen warriors. July 2025. Bottom roll nov 2025, Dec2025, feb2026. Side profile march 2026. My abs were crazy before the holidays hit. Then I got off track but remember queens this journey is nothing from perfect. It has itโs ups and downs like everything does in life. You have stay strong, consistent and continue to push through even in the hard times. Queens your photos really tell your story donโt stop taking them. Even when you donโt like what you see in the mirror. I have had plenty of those moments. This moment for me felt off the charts proud. My self love is the most important piece of me. So queens just keep thriving and shining you all are truly beautiful! ๐
