💪🏻Did Mondays replay yesterday and really did not want to I was exhausted from helping my daughter move but stayed consistent mentally saying you got this. 🙏🏼 trying to stick with my protein. Trying to not give up. Summer is bright in Chicago ☀️🍉😎 I have my 1 year wedding anniversary second honeymoon trip in 17 days and need to make sure I look 👀 good in my swim suit so YES See you all tonight!!!👍

The work is still happening! Hey Queens the new changes has definitely been a whirlwind and a bit sad. I saw yesterday the replays were gone and it was a shock. I thought it was an issue with my app but then realized it's been some changes. I scrolled through recent replays and did Chasity Full Body Power. Today I did Summer Shred and it worked me hard, sweat dripping. This helped me to see no matter what changes are happening the work is still there and I still got a great workout. Sometimes changes can be good, sometimes it can be hard, sometimes it can be different, and sometimes it can be difficult. But what has not changed is a workout that my mind and body needed. Let's make the best of what we have and continue to enjoy Summer Shred with Fabiana

Week 3 here we come ; found my watch ⌚
I'm having some knee pain so I'm taking it sloooow 🦥 I modified where I had to so I could do stuck safely.
For the reverse lunges, I dropped the weight and did a small step back
I brought out my bar for the one and to do hip thrusts.
For the bands (no clue where my kids put them -__-) so I added my 10lbs dumbbells to my leg for the kickbacks.
For the glute bridges, I did standing knee crunches

This knee pain won't stop me, I'm about to do the Monday shred 6/22. I will do an alternate workout if it's something I can't do! 🦵🏻💪🏻
