We went to the zoo yesterday.so didn't get my workout in so counted it as my "rest" day.. Being in 90+ degree weather walking around for 2+ hours mama was TIREEEEED when we got home.

I definitely have to get blocks, I used my 25lb plates as uumph but it's not high enough.
For the arms, I was able to do 20lbs 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
The dead bugs the 10lbs felt heavy
I found my ankle weights so I added them to the last portion of the work out.
I did the gold diggers with my 20lb weight.
NSV:
A month ago those 20lbs would've been too heavy for me. I can do more girl push ups, so I tried a full one still hard, couldn't get all the way down but still attempted.
