Hello everyone!
Iβm new to the group, joined after feeling defeated and depressed. Iβm a 25 year old mother, working nightshift at a hospital. I feel like I lack finding time and motivation to workout. I also struggle with discipline to sticking to diets and not indulging in cravings. Iβve tried every diet, Iβve tried GLP-1s and gained the weight back, now Iβm trying again. Iβm excited but also nervous!!
