I wasn’t here for it, but seen it in the community chat from scrolling. Can we bring back the Monthly Challenge daily workouts as an add-on?

Being in the military this will be even more beneficial in preparing me for my fitness test as we have to push-ups and planks. ❤️

Hi I'm new and excited to get back on track with my workouts, meals and motivation. I have gained 5lbs and a few inches that have been killing my confidence. Today is my day 1. Any suggestions? What helps you stay motivated and consistent!

I joined in August 2025 with the hope that the lives would keep me accountable, like an appointment I had to keep. It kinda worked, but it became too easy to blow them off being tired after work. I got discouraged. Then in late January I decided to try something different. I committed to being a replay queen but in the mornings after my coffee & the Word before work. Wow! I thought that would be harder but it became my sweet spot. Morning replays are now nonnegotiable. I just completed my 8th week of 4 workouts a week.

I share this to say 1. Thank you for this program, but 2. Find what works for you. Maybe it’s the lives or maybe it’s replays. Maybe it’s the one hour or maybe it’s the 30 minute workouts. Find whatever will get you consistent.

I see the physical results but more importantly I feel the mental results which is why I work out in the first place.

I’m glad I found Queen Warriors & took the chance to invest in myself. ❤️

So proud to see 30 mins workout are back!!!

I Stopped working bc these 1hr sessions were hard to do during the weekdays, but i decided to try again and im so happy!!!

I’ll def be back more often!!

Sooooo I actually wanted to do lower body today as I browsed came across a old video on here with Yvona. I learned how to do Bulgarian split squat. I’m so happy too. I was like wow. They were assisted because of my knee issue. But so happy. I don’t want to over do it tho. However I learned a lot that I can do by being here. I didn’t even know I can do something simple as jumping jacks. Silly I know. Going the non surgical route has me very cautious with movement. I’m really glad that I’m learning what my body can do again.

Happy Friday!!! I’m gonna hit the replay on today’s live. And I’m back to my old schedule so it will have to be replays here on out unless I have off. It was a great experience to have with the lives. Can’t wait for the love yourself challenge!!!!!

Happy Thursday Queens! I did a replay of Fabi’s HITT class from yesterday and I was listening to the gems she was dropping. I specifically connected to the part when she said we need to change how we frame self care as being selfish. I do a lot of self motivation and self talk and lately I’ve been thinking I’m not being selfish, if anything I’m making sure I’m my healthiest so I can be here longer and do more for my family. Last week I completed 250 classes and I couldn’t be more proud! I’ve had to set boundaries and really prioritize myself, I wake up at 5am to complete my workouts before hitting the ground running. Here is a before and after of my one year progress. I’ve seen the most changes in the past 3 months because I changed my diet and stopped overeating. Don’t give up Queens and put yourself first, everything else can fall in place behind you. I also just signed up for the LYC renewed and looking forward to getting stronger!
