Hey Beautiful Queen Warriors!๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’•Iโ€™ve been a lMIA from the community lately, but just know I havenโ€™t stoppedโ€”Iโ€™ve been putting in the work behind the scenes.

Truth is, Iโ€™ve been battling with my body image. I can see the changesโ€ฆ my clothes fit better, things are shiftingโ€”but some days, I still donโ€™t like what I see in the mirror. Body dysmorphia is real, and itโ€™s something Iโ€™m learning to fight through.

But I refuse to let it defeat me. Iโ€™m showing up, Iโ€™m growing, and Iโ€™m giving myself grace in the process. This journey isnโ€™t just physicalโ€”itโ€™s mental too. And Iโ€™m still in it. ๐Ÿ’ช

Hi!

I completed a 5k with 16 obstacle courses this morning with my two daughters! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’• Iโ€™m 37. My girls are 20 and 10. ๐Ÿ˜
