Great workouts! I definitely feel the squats in my quads.. I wonder if that's cuz I have thunder thighs and a little pancake π
For the RDLs i used my bar with 15lb plates.
I used my 20lb dumbbell for the 2 step squats.

Replay completed. Did not completely finished each round for the booty blaster last night so I challenged myself today. This booty blaster workout almost took me out π₯ π₯ π₯I pause and replay the ones that challenged me the most, the swing and squat, the resistant band in and out and the squat in and out and they had my booty and glutes on π₯. Loved each of them though!!!!
Girrrrrrllluh. Mondays replay took me out. !!!! I used 15 lbs πͺπ½ working my way up to my 25s one day.
Round two of the strength portion π΅βπ« no lie I struggled. Even after dropping the weight.
The deadlift to squat swing. I couldnβt get the motion or maybe I was just done after all the previous work put in.
Either way. Canβt wait to wear my new bikini this week after this pump π
