I am 2 months post partum up 25 pounds and Iโm loving it. Just need to tone up. The booty and curves are there just need to fin up the skin.

Iโm seeing a message that says itโs unavailable to watch right now, which is a bit confusing because I remember Fabi mentioning that we could replay workouts if we missed them.

I was off from work and school during spring break hit it hard in gym and did Pilates. Yesterday I made time to go to the park and run the track. Felt proud of myself now that I am going back to work and school I am a little nervous I had a good routine but when everything starts to become overwhelming I start to feel guilty for not pushing myself ๐๐ฝ
Now I can finally do lunges. I used my heel slide and some heavy duty resistance bands. Finally because all I see is lunges everywhere lol and Iโm like I canโt do them ๐ฉ
Been a while since working out. Starting back up today (actually right now lol)! In order to see change, I have to change so using that as motivation to keep pushing! Hope everyone has a great sunday evening!ย
Has anyone else watched the documentary the biggest loser on Netflix?
Did you guys see the insane workouts they had to do? They made them workout 6-8 hours a day! Or the way they yelled at them when they couldnโt finish the workout ๐ณand then the amount of calories they could only eat was even more insane.
