There will be no live classes today as we take time to pause, reflect, rest, and spend time with loved ones. But Queens, rest does not mean losing momentum. This holiday is also your reminder to choose YOU, recharge your energy, and stay connected to the goals youβve been working toward. πͺ

So, I only lost exactly 1lb this week and I wanted to feel despair but I told myself it has only been 5 days of working out for an 1 hr each and I need to give myself some GRACE. I have been tracking my calories, feeling so soar and sweating after all my workouts. I know I put in the work, but I am reminding myself that I am and always have been a QUEEN WARRIOR so I won't stopβΌοΈ πβ¨οΈπ«ΆπΎ
For anyone who reads this just keep going, don't give up, don't feel discouraged and don't expect drastic results in less than a week like me (lol) and always practice self-love. Love is patient and love is kind! Therefore, be kind and be patient with yourself and remember to stay the course. I am keeping my goals in mind and even though I had a high calorie intake day and I am giving myself a break, I will definitely be back tomorrow to do some replays. I am ABLE, I WILL & I CANβΌοΈ Love, Peace and Care to you all. ππΎππΎβπΎβ₯οΈ
π»Busy πwork week busy work day!
I was so close to ordering a Pizza π when I tell you it has been a hard day. Then I saw π QW Insta and I was like snap out of it! I did my QW HITT workout from 5/21 Yesterday, 1 mile walk on my treadmill ππ»ββοΈ& made chicken fajitas with corn π½ on the cob! I had my night time tea π« Tumeric/ginger/memon/cinnamon/honey!
Iβm so ready for bed π goodnight everyone! Stay consistent ποΈπβοΈβοΈ
Dinner so yummy π I cooked Cauliflower rice with peas and carrots then added chicken Shawarma meat and gyro meat I picked up at Pita Mediterranean restaurant. I added brags amino acid and avocado oil to cook cauliflower in then threw in meat to heat up then a pack of good ole Panda hot mustard on top when served.
It was so good!
