Are there any morning live workouts? I always see the 7:30pm one but I loved a little early workout session to get my blood pumping. Itโ€™s different when you catch a live session.

Hi everyone! Iโ€™m new to Queen Warriors and last week I hurt my lower back doing the intermediate HITT replay last week. Took a rest and recovered and did one of the beginner HIIT replays just now and I feel great! Iโ€™ll keep doing beginner workouts until I build my strength and level to intermediate. Wish me luck!

Hey ladies

So itโ€™s been 7 months since I did a queen warrior workout

Life was really lifing for me and I just started getting stressed and depressed and had no motivation to workout

Went to doctor and I have went from 165-184 and I couldnโ€™t believe it

It was an eye opener because I feel so unhealthy

Today I start my queen warrior workouts again wish me luck!!!

Hello Queens,

Iโ€™ve been having a hard time waking up early to work out before work at 6 AM since the time change, but Iโ€™m able to do the stretch videos and I absolutely love them. Iโ€™ve almost memorized every single one of them word for word ๐Ÿ˜‚ Is Queen Warriors going to put out a new set of stretch videos, although I love and miss Raven and Yvonna.. would love some new motivational talks while stretching and meditating ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ.

I am 2 months post partum up 25 pounds and Iโ€™m loving it. Just need to tone up. The booty and curves are there just need to fin up the skin.

Hi ladies!

Iโ€™m new to the app and still learning how everything works. I had a quick question, how can I watch a workout video if I missed it? Iโ€™m seeing a message that says itโ€™s unavailable to watch right now, which is a bit confusing because I remember Fabi mentioning that we could replay workouts if we missed them.
