Hello, I am also in the Eastern Standard Time zone and am able to participate in the live sessions, although dinner at my residence is typically at 6:30pm Are you ladies having dinner prior to exercising, or do you skip dinner with your family and dine after completing your workout? The latter would entail feeding the family, exercising, and then dining yourself. For those of you who watch the live sessions on EST, how do you typically structure your evenings concerning eating and exercising?

Decided to do a 5K walk on Saturday. I did a total of 21,017 steps 💪🏾

Also did my workouts every day of the week so that’s a total of 5 workouts in 1 week.

Happy Saturday 👑s I had an off day today. I spent the day with my daughter went to the city. I definitely got my steps in today 11,079.

Today I went to the gym to do my workout (sometimes I need to, it motivates me) my gym has a different section for just women (which I love btw) and let me tell you guys while I was lifting my weights going in this morning all the girls were looking at me like okkkkk look at her lift lol. I’m not gonna lie it felt good! I felt good! (I’m gonna say that again) I felt good!!!!! 💪🏼

Hello everyone! I wanted to jump in and introduce myself. I’m Jasmine… just had my 2nd baby and needed to get back into loving myself and self care because I can get lost in taking care of everyone else except me….so hear I am, ready to hold myself accountable for the things I want for myself. I’ll be going slow, but slow progress is better than no progress!
