I donโt know how far my pregnancy is. Last year I lost one and now Iโm 40 and I canโt believe itโs happening again. However Iโm scared by exercising I might have another miscarriage. Any suggestions from anyone? It would both helpful and mean a lot. ๐โค๏ธ

Lunch Chicken and rice and my dinner
Snacked on some popcorn ๐ฟ this is my weakness! Popcorn ๐ฟ

This is my first time doing this program. I am a Mother of 3 kids and I have been up and down with my weight after my last child. I am 237 lbs and Iโm tired of being in this same place in weight so here I am. Iโm excited!! And I did my second workout today and got by butt kicked ๐คฃ.
Omgggg I am sooo happy! I finally got myself a treadmill so I can have no excuses to get my cardio in and itโs literally one of the best investments Iโve ever made!! After catching a replay and hitting the treadmill for 30 min at 15% incline I feel amazingggg! Summertime is basically here so itโs time to show up and show out ๐๐
Hello ladies!!! Thought I share my little win today. This is a month of hard work and tears. Iโm on a 21 day streak right now and just finished a replay. Will be on tonight at 7:30pm letโs go0o0!!!
I know itโs not a lot but with me correcting my eating habits for a month now and with me starting QW I am down 3lbs!!!
Iโve tried so many other workouts and different diets! I finally found the perfect match!! This is the first time in YEARS I actually feel good and happy that I found that actually is working for me!
