The arm portion of this workout was FIREEE π₯ π₯ Definitely a favorite!
For the skull crushers, I used my 25lb plate. Felt the SQUUUEZE in my core π₯ π₯
For the standing crunches, I held the 10lb dumbbells in both hands.
Those DIPPPS ; UNACCEPTABLE π€£π€£ my upper body is definitely my weaker point so I definitely did a hard 5 dips before I took a break and got back to it.. my arms are on π₯

Hi ladies. This is my lunch today. I have been working out none stop, and my body is sore. Am trying to feed it as much as I can, being a mother of 3 beautiful children and managing the house chores and school runs and still looking after myself is not for the weakπ€£.
