Saturday Workout Done. Feeling Energetic. Since joining Queen Warriors I have felt so good to be back working out in the comfort of my home. Not needing crazy equipment to get to my goals. Starting Monday I will start my meal prepping too.

My son just tuned 2. I am down 65 lbs and need to drop another 50, tone up and rebuild muscle.
I have nutrition down, but I can't get hurt lol
A13lb baby destroys your core and stability so I am starting from absolute scratch.
I'm 39, 5'5 235, goal is 180 by xmas!
Where should I begin???
What equipment do I need??
It’s been my most consistent week but knee gave out and had to finish lightly. Lets get it QUEENS!
I have to figure out a way to get a 3 rd class in during the week. I love the how I feel when I am done working out! I can’t stop, won’t stop!
Maybe do 30 minutes on Friday and 30 on Saturday to not push my body more than it can tolerate!
This is hard for me to accept! 😫😞
Options! Because the surgeon said so!!
2- 1 hr class and break up the 3rd class
2- 1hr class and then 1 class of Abd & glute classes which is what 10-15 minutes!
2- 1 hr classes a week for a few weeks just until my body is stronger to add the 3rd class
Tips and ideas are welcome my queens! He didn’t say stop he said slow down!
Hi queens! My son loved the boxing class and wants to sign up. He said seeing me workout with my queens influenced him to work out and be healthier! Great news! Makes me so happy!
On another note! I talked to the surgeon to discuss still having pain! He said it’s residual pain and even though he cleared me to work out in moderation after seeing a work out video with him. He says I need to slow it down and only do 2 classes a week for now and more stretching, yoga 🧘 focus on nutrition! Makes me sad! 😔
How ever I am still blessed because I am able to complete 2 classes compared to none, right! The other days I can focus on nutrition, other classes!
I do not want kidney stones again and definitely no more surgery!! 4 back to back was enough!!
After all we have to give our bodies grace and love on the while pushing through the workouts!

Hello Queen Warriors!
First day here, though I've had my subscription for months now! I wanna share that I am taking time to care for my health(lupus warrior )and found myself 2 weeks in with stalled motivation. Plan is in place...I could not get going. 2 days trying to make it to the gym...no dice. I picked an August 17 work out. Didn't get through half of it. What I did do is got my body moving...all the snaps crackles and pops occurred in my joints, but in that video, Fabi reminded me that I showed up for myself. So no, I didn't give up, I didn't feel like I didn't belong. She made me feel ok with showing up on Day 1...for me ❤️. Thank you!
