Hey Ladies, so I have a question for yall. Who has used Creatine supplements and did they work? Any visible side effects? I'm trying to maximize my efforts and not get discouraged in the process. I've been on the upper end of 240, give or take for the last 15yrs, now down to 165, so it's been a struggle to get all this excess skin to tone. Mind you I'm only 5'2 and 48yrs old😭.

I need some suggestions Queens🙏🏽
