Happy Saturday Queens! Friday's replay done 💪

I've been thinking about how I want to approach my workouts over the next few weeks, and I decided to create my own 4-week training plan.

My plan is to use the Summer Shred workouts, add Power workouts for extra strength training, and mix in Barre or Pilates (there are a few videos left) on recovery days. My main goal is body recomposition, building strength, and staying consistent overall.

I'm actually really excited to see how it comes together over the next four weeks or so. 😊

Looking forward to seeing what QW has in store after Summer Shred!

Question - will Summer Shred stay in the catalog to be replayed?

Hey everyone! I just signed up and am so excited to be on this journey. I have 2 babies a 3 year old and 1 year old and have neglected myself since I got pregnant with my oldest. I feel so ready to work on myself and regain the strength and confidence back! 🥰

I'm like let me finish this week out strong... I'm stronger than mother nature...this round lol

What a great workout! I did the 2nd portion with my 20lb, I used my plates as height.

When it came to the 3rd set, the 10lbs were a bit heavy for the legs but I did a few, paused, repositioned and continued.

Hi Queens!!!

These last few months have been an emotional roller coaster ride for me! Hope to be cleared from the surgeon by 8/7 to focus on getting back into my routine !

On a different subject, I am looking for some bitty bands! Anyone know where I can purchase them. I like to support small businesses so if you have anyone in mind, please lmk.

I started a week ago and I’m so happy to be on the journey with a fully committed mindset. From 2024 to 2025 I lost 2 pounds ! That’s it! A joke. January 2026, I was done breast-feeding my 2 1/2 year-old son and I realize this whole time I wasn’t dedicated to making changes to my body how I wanted to in my head. I started with change to my nutrition and these are the results from just that. Between my three kids, my business and just being drained I couldn’t bring myself to the gym. I found Queen Warriors and realistically, told myself if I’m paying for this app, I better do it haha. So I’m going to use the second photo as my start and update in a month. For anybody else Who’s new here, I’m rooting for you. You don’t know what you’re capable of doing until you do it. You got this❤️
