Excited about the Summer Shred seriesโœจ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’ช

PLEASE keep replays from past coaches, especially those that have classes that arenโ€™t offered anymore - like barre, stretch, and kettle. Some of my favorite replays have been taken down and QW support said old videos are taken down on a rolling basis to make room for new ones. Would LOVE to see exceptions be made for these types of classes. ๐Ÿ’–

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

The feedback, the messages, the comments, and the support over the last few days have meant more than you know.๐Ÿฅน

This year, Iโ€™ve spent a lot of time in prayer asking God where He wants me to be, where He wants Queen Warriors to be, and how we can continue making the greatest impact possible in the lives of women.

After listening to our community, reviewing feedback, looking at attendance data, and spending time reflecting, one thing became very clear:

Simplicity creates consistency.

Iโ€™m incredibly excited for this new season of Queen Warriors. A season focused on making it easier for women to show up, stay committed, and build momentum without feeling overwhelmed.

At the heart of Queen Warriors has always been the same mission: helping women become stronger, healthier, more confident, and more connected to themselves.

As we continue to grow and evolve, weโ€™ll keep listening, learning, and creating the best experience possible for our community.

Did my replay for today and not 1 but 2 affirmations (God knows I needed it...lol) but I am very happy that I'm showing up for myself and remaining consistent!

Are there only going to be 3 workouts a week moving forward? Also is Pilates coming back anytime soon? Are the other coaches still coming back? And are different workouts going to be offered like yoga and power? Thank you
