I did day one Sunday and day two yesterday for the LYC and idk what is sore more. My upper back, the back of my arms, my glutes, my legs or my abs. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Iโ€™m not sure if anyone else have knee issues but if anyone knows of sneakers that will be good to wear that keeps knees hips aligned and doesnโ€™t cause much strain on knees I would appreciate any recommendations.

LYC WEEK 2 day 1 done โœ… I got 15,017 steps in today. I have to say itโ€™s because I donโ€™t have a car and I walk everywhere lol exhausting.

I havenโ€™t done a power workout since I got a little surgery done to my finger but tonight Iโ€™m meeting Coach Jamila on the mat! The way Iโ€™m about be showing out this summer after being with QW for almost 2 years lol. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ

Yesterday was my rest day. I did a lot of regular walking no treadmill and some breathing exercises for this stomach. Canโ€™t wait for tonight to do LYC Week 2 day 1 and some core exercises.

I havenโ€™t worked as I wanted to and been having back pain due to sitting for too long ( desk job). Decided to do a less intense workout and opted in for a yoga workout from Aimee. Didnโ€™t realize I needed that, my back feels much better and i didnโ€™t even feel that I worked out an hour.

Just completed my first QW workout in months after returning! Felt so dam good. Although I was only able to do 30 minutes of the live. I am thankful!! ๐Ÿ˜Œ my son completed it with me! Yayyy! He says I like this mom. โ€ฆ tomorrow I will fit in another 30 minutes until I am able to do a full hour 3 times a day which was the plan! Itโ€™s okay! ๐Ÿ‘ we did it Queens!! ๐Ÿ‘ธ we feel amazing!! I straight up needed this today!!
