I don’t think I have ever posted on the community chat before after being a member for 3-4years but I just wanted to share that I am not very pleased with the summer shred and with the older videos and programs being removed. I have been participating in the summer shred but I typically don’t do HIIT workouts and the summer shred is mostly HIIT. I am missing the power classes and the yoga/pilates/barre classes. I feel like those classes were great and I am very upset they are no longer available like they use to be. My subscription just renewed and if I would have realized it was time to renew I probably would have canceled instead just because I’m not really feeling this new structure.
I have slight knee pain, what workout would you do?
I usually replay today's work out tomorrow since 730 is bed time.
I worked out Saturday from the replay from last Monday and baby those planks and squats are me alive and I still feel it today. I rested up yesterday back at it today.
Did the tech team wipe old workout videos?! I have saved favorites and Playlist and my lists have been butchered!! I had ALOT of videos saved and they're gone I have about 10 videos only in there now. I had a favorite video from Valentine's day 2023 with Raven and its gone? Someone please help because I thought if we saved into our favorites or Playlist we'd have access to them forever?!
Happy Monday Queens! Haven’t posted anything in about 3 weeks. The FIFA World Cup is in Houston and work has been insane!! I’m a chef and work at a high end hotel, our restaurant has been packed every night so I’ve been getting out really late from work. I’ve only been able to do one or two replays. Although it’s frustrating to me because I haven’t been able to do them all like I’d like to. I’ll be glad when this event is OVER!!!!!🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Sorry for the rant, hope y’all have a great week!! Hello ladies! 💪✨Last week I shared progress photos that showed only one angle of my results. I wanted to come back and share my progress with full transparency and show my body from multiple angles.These photos are just 6 weeks apart, and while the scale is slowly moving, what excites me most is seeing the changes in my shape, posture, waistline, back, and overall body composition.This journey hasn’t been about perfection. It’s been about consistency. Showing up for my workouts, staying committed on the days I didn’t feel motivated, and trusting the process.Sometimes we get so focused on the number on the scale that we forget to look at the bigger picture. Progress isn’t always dramatic from one day to the next, but six weeks of small daily choices can create meaningful change.The days are long, but the weeks add up. ❤️
Will we get back 4 week strength programs like Sammie’s where each week was structured into upper, lower, glutes day, full body, for us to follow? I’m a busy mom who also works it was easier to stay consistent doing those 30 minutes power workouts where you was able to focus on a specific part each day.
