Power out from the storm but I still got my workout in. That’s upper body replay was no joke. Ima wake up in the morning and my arms are going to be like noodles🤣🤣🤣

Forgot to post yesterday but I did the replay from Monday. I left off from working out and I definitely could feel it but I’m excited to be back and focused. Even had some support down on the mat at the end. I was wore out lol

Summer Shred Day 2, whew!! That HIIT was no joke today, the sweat from dripping from my glasses. Walked my 2 miles and stuck to my health meals today. Another great day down, look forward to tomorrow.
