I’m so proud of myself for pushing through this LYC. I dropped off on the last week due to family issues but this is the furthest I’ve gotten to finishing a LYC. I definitely didn’t expect to see the results I’m seeing and it gives me the motivation to keep pushing. I told myself I would be under 200lbs by my birthday in March but I wasn’t. I was starting to give up on myself again but I’m glad I didn’t. I know it sounds cliché but consistency is key! Workout no matter your mood and I promise at the end you’ll feel better. Making time for yourself is always worth it! I’m so ready for the next LYC!

Hey Queens! I hope everyone is having a good day! I just wanted to share a non scale achievement. I’m on the last hole of my belt before I need to make a new hole or buy a new belt. This has never happened and I’m so proud of myself. Waist getting snatched fr🥰

I almost didn’t work out today. I waited too late in the evening and decided to just do it. I’m glad I pushed through and I feel great. I pushed myself to use my 15lb dumbbells and got a good sweat out of it. I hope everyone had a good day and workout💪🏾❤️

I’m doing the Fit & Thick 4 week challenge and baby it’s kicking my butt! I did my first 1hrs Power with Yvona for day 2/3, I feel so good. I know I’ll be sore in the morning but it’s worth it. Keep pushing queens👸🏽💪🏾
