First workout in a while. I’ve kinda been going through a break up so I haven’t been motivated. Ending a 6 year relationship has been emotionally but today I decided to get back to workout no matter how I’m feeling. I can’t stay sad forever and the least I can do is try to get back to me. I’m glad I chose to workout. Feels good to accomplish something today. Love you Queens💕

Back at it for week 2. I think I enjoyed myself too much this weekend. Turned up for my cousins for their birthdays but ain’t made sure to still be conscious of what I ate and got a workout in on Saturday.

Week 1✅ My legs are so sore but it feels good! I made sure to get my workouts done, no excuses. I’m proud of myself for making time for me again. Keeping this same motivation going into week two!❤️
