Hey Ladies been gone for a minute... i fell off due to personal reasons going on in my life. Life has been LIFING!!! I wanna get back into my workouts, was wondering if anyone knew where i could purchase the QW fat burner? It helped me mentally alot as well. On the website it says supplements are unavailable?

Hey Queens,

I’m checking in. I found out Friday that I have Covid. I knew something was wrong when I was trying to do Fabi’s replay from Wednesday. I was doing the weighted hip thrust and felt so weak. I can’t go back to work until I test negative.

I woke up wanting to workout so bad. Maybe I’ll just do Coach Raven’s 10 Days of Stretch. I’ve been drinking tea with fresh ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper, and honey. And I made this delicious curry lentil soup.
