Hey Queens! Last month of the year is here. Today was my first workout after not working out for a week. I was happy to get back in after getting much needed rest. Queens let's keep going strong. I am proud of us for ending the year with our phenomenal coaches and look forward to the new year becoming stronger and new challenges. We got this Queens. Let's go 💪
Queens we have 31 days left before we close out this year, and what we choose to do today sets the tone for every day that follows.

Hey girls I started again after letting go for numerous reasons. laziness hand surgery n other minor hiccups.
this is my makeover from Sept 24th till today Nov 30th from 165.8 to 151.2 pounds . I did gwed super good. I am so proud of me and for joining the best platform @queenwarriorstv for believing in me and for the love n care all my Queens showed towards all of us. I'm getting sexy back .

Could we bring back the AHW challenge? And can we bring back core classes too? Instead of full body all week round maybe one day booty blaster where booty solely is addressed for the hour, next day upper body and core, next day legs (quads, booty, hammies), next day upper body and core and Friday can be the only full body days and be called full body fridays. This workout format is repetitive and it’s like the same thing over and over again, it’s not appealing and I know I’ve said it before but we used to get so much more variety in the workouts years prior compared to now.

Maybe this up coming year we could do some more stretching classes?! My lower back has been killing me for years now and I’ve done all the stretch classes plenty of times. Maybe time for something new!!
