Hello QW Fam!👑💖

I am officially 1 month into working out and eating better on a regular basis. I went from 245 pounds to 231 pounds so far. My goal weight is 190 pounds because my doctor recommended it. I have alot of work to do still, but I am just grateful to get this far. Also, I am new to this and feel insecure about sharing but I do want to hold myself accountable. For the first time in motherhood, I've committed to taking care of my well-being and I want to stay motivated to keep going. Thank you guys for helping me to keep going. The testimonies, workout programs, community, and more is sooo encouraging. What a privilege it is to be a part of something like this and grow with yall😊💖

Queens, I gotta give a HUGE shoutout to our own Coach Aimee . Attended an event in Orlando and I was FINALLY able to take one of her spin classes (after chickening out 1000 times). It was beautiful seeing her in her element - she truly has a heart for what she does and she has a special magic about her.

Side note: You think her QW classes are good? Her spin classes are a VIBE!

I just joined this beautiful, fierce tribe of women! I’m 52 years old and a walking testimony of resilience. I’ve battled cancer, survived a brain injury, and even walked through 21 brutal days of COVID. I once weighed almost 300 lbs, Prior to stomach cancer and fought my way down to 172, and 21 days of bilateral on pneumonia Covid - Stopped exercising, and it took me back up - I’m currently at 230. But I’m not discouraged, I know what’s possible.

I’ve been following this community for a while and finally decided: no more watching from the sidelines. I’m here. I’m ready. And I’m not looking back.

My goal? To feel strong, sexy, and full of energy again, to love the woman I see in the mirror and show up for myself with the same fight I’ve used to survive. I believe with the right support and the right information, I will get there. And I believe in us.

Let’s do this, Queens. 👑🔥💪

Hi Queens!

I’ve been a member for awhile but fell off a few months back. I had a tear in the lining of my stomach and lost a ton of weight from not being able to eat much of anything but soup!

I know most are trying to loose weight but any suggestions with workouts/meals to gain weight? I went from 135 to 120. I’m only 5”3 so it’s too skinny for me. I must admit most my weight was in the booty and that gone! 😭

Can’t wait to dive back in on Monday and start building my strength back 💪🏼

TO THE QUEEN WARRIORS

We are the women who did not die in the dark. We bled, we broke, we buried pieces of ourselvesbut we did not stay buried.

This is not just sweat. This is sacred war paint. These are not just weights, they are gravestones we are lifting off our chests.

We have nursed babies, buried lovers, held our tongues, clenched our fists, screamed into pillows, and walked through the fire with grace no one saw.

Some of us wore wigs in chemo chairs. Some of us prayed through fists in the night. Some of us swallowed grief in silence, and still made it to work the next day.

We’ve been told we were too soft, too old, too broken, too late - But here we are, Queens. Standing in the ruins of what tried to destroy us,building temples from the ash.

You feel that? That’s your soul remembering who God created you to be … who YOU ARE!

Your stretch marks are ancient scripts. Your scars are armor.Your thighs are thunder, your breath is battle cry. You are not “starting over.”You are reclaiming territory.

This gym? This mat? This road? This is the battlefield where you meet yourselfand say: I will not abandon you again.

So rise. You don’t need permission. You need fire. You need sweat. You need the memory of what you survivedand the vision of what you’re becoming.

Because you’re not just working out.

You’re calling yourself home. You’re sculpting the sanctuary that houses your spirit. You’re becoming the kind of strong that no one can steal.

So lift. Run. Breathe. Roar. And remember: You are the miracle you’ve been waiting for.

So today I earned my 60classes badge and while I am happy for the consistency today I was really not feeling it. I completed 30mins with the lowest energy. maybe should have rested after work first but I will try to redeem myself with a gym walk or a live class tonight. I want to feel the excitement of earning this badge and with this low energy it feels like a dud😒

Hey ladies. After finishing this last LYC challenge July 4, I felt like I needed a break. I did a stretch video and my body was tired of the push. So it started with me missing half the class Monday. Tuesday, I was too tired. Wednesday I had a dr appt where they drew my blood. By Friday, I found out my iron was low and so were my folic acid levels. Thus why I was feeling tired all the time. The remedy my doc gave me? Prenatal vitamins 🤣. I haven’t taken those in 14 years 🙃. Ladies I got that burst of energy I needed after buying some OTC (over the counter) prenatals! Did 2 days straight of 2 mile walks in a local forest with my dog. Today, I got all the energy to be on that mat at 7:30! My son better hurry up and get out his workouts so I can get mine in on time!! If ya feeling sluggish, try to get a quick blood panel done or pop a prenatal and ya tell me how you feel! 🥰🤪🥳
