Hi Queens!
Iβve been a member for awhile but fell off a few months back. I had a tear in the lining of my stomach and lost a ton of weight from not being able to eat much of anything but soup!
I know most are trying to loose weight but any suggestions with workouts/meals to gain weight? I went from 135 to 120. Iβm only 5β3 so itβs too skinny for me. I must admit most my weight was in the booty and that gone! π
Canβt wait to dive back in on Monday and start building my strength back πͺπΌ
