Don’t give up Aaliyah. It takes time to develop new habits and make them part of our new lifestyle. Small changes add up and slowly you will see results but we have to show up for them on the mat and in the kitchen. Make your 1st and 2nd dinner smaller 🍽️vegetables and protein.
