Hi Ladies!
Wow ๐Ÿ˜ตโ˜ ๏ธ I barely made it through Coach Chasityโ€™s 30 min Power and 30 min HIIT ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿคฏ I had to stop for a minute to drink some protein shake ๐Ÿซจ and that helped me finish round 2. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ I did it!! You can do it too ladies!

Hi ladies, being on the Fall Challenge is reminding me to pull out my old cook books ๐Ÿ‘ต, they probably have newer versions now ๐Ÿ˜ but I highly recommend these 2 books with our Queen Warriors lifestyle. The vegetarian has great soups and you can always add your choice of protein to any recipe.
