Best advice, schedule your workouts💪🏻👚 Add it to your calendar 📅, add it on your phone as a reminder and stay consistent. Take pictures 📸 so you can see your progress because I have a hard time seeing on it on the scale but definitely 💯 see it on my clothes and pictures 📷! Good Luck 🍀

🛬👙🏝️Back at it from my 12Day Vacation 🏡 one things for sure I FELT GOOD IN MY SKIN 💜 but being at an all inclusive definitely makes you realize how your body needs her healthy eating and workouts❤️‍🩹!

I told my hubby I will be back immediately the next day when we return and I did my 3 mile treadmill run and my Evening Shred Live session! My pictures don’t show the full body but you can see the toning in my arms and my face 💪🏻 It’s small steps but it’s been happening because I’ve been consistent!!! Keep going Queens 👑
