Thank you Queen! Glad you liked it ☺️

Thank you Anita! 🥹❤️

I appreciate you Queen! But stay tuned - what you perceive as your weaknesses now will become your newfound strength later ❤️

Hey boo! There are modified lunges that you can do. Picture a lunge, but instead of bending both your front and back knee - you only bend your front knee. Your back leg stays somewhat straight. This works for both regular and reverse lunges. This helps to ensure that your form is correct and it can help you to build strength until you get to a standard lunge. Also, don’t be afraid to hold onto something for stability if needed.

For push ups, I like the recommendation of doing them on elevated surfaces. Start with doing pushups against a wall, then progress to other surfaces that slowly get closer to the floor (a kitchen counter, a chair, a bench). Then eventually, you can try them on the floor again - maybe with your knees down. You -also want to want to ensure that your form is proper too. Your shoulders should be directly over your wrists, elbows aren’t flaring out to the side, but bending backward parallel to your body.

My last recommendation is to work on building core strength (not just ‘ab’ muscles). This helps for the proper form and stability of many exercises - including lunges.

I know I typed a lot of information - let me know if I can help you further Queen, you can do this! ❤️

❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hey Love, I got you!

Be very careful with these, especially since your wrists are healing and recovering. Try using dumbbells instead of having your hands flat on the ground. Think about keeping your wrists strong and stacked instead of letting them bend. Or, you can also do this elevated on a chair. I hope this helps!
