Happy Thursday Queens! I did a replay of Fabi’s HITT class from yesterday and I was listening to the gems she was dropping. I specifically connected to the part when she said we need to change how we frame self care as being selfish. I do a lot of self motivation and self talk and lately I’ve been thinking I’m not being selfish, if anything I’m making sure I’m my healthiest so I can be here longer and do more for my family. Last week I completed 250 classes and I couldn’t be more proud! I’ve had to set boundaries and really prioritize myself, I wake up at 5am to complete my workouts before hitting the ground running. Here is a before and after of my one year progress. I’ve seen the most changes in the past 3 months because I changed my diet and stopped overeating. Don’t give up Queens and put yourself first, everything else can fall in place behind you. I also just signed up for the LYC renewed and looking forward to getting stronger!
