Good morning on this beautiful Sunday! Today I’m going to do core because I never really worked out until my injury last year. So for lower body quads,hamstring and glutes I pretty much ok with like knowing where to feel the burn and mind to muscle connection. It’s the core I need to learn especially breathing knowing when to inhale and exhale during exercise and engaging my core. The pelvic tilt as well. I find it to be a bit challenging.
