Hey girlie ! Yes our booty workouts are designed to help build your glutes. We don’t use barbells because its a large piece of equipment of which most women don’t own so instead we opt for dumbbells. Dbs are equivalent to using a barbell. You can increase your weight as well. Just want to make sure you have additional weights at home .
