My queen don’t let those things rob you ! Remmeber that those things can be fix, in the mean time stick a container under the sink and enjoy your day . Sometimes things just be happening back to back and it sucks at times but the beauty is that it can all be fix !!!!

Hey girlie, I dont’ have a specific process, I first pray about it . When you have fear, faith is missing . Fear is a very scary place to b in because it will blind you of the reality of things, and at times won’t allow you to fully execute because you are unsure of every move.

I pray about it first and focus on removing any negative thoughts regarding the situation. Take a moment and sit with it and invision it as its already happening .

Ill be praying for you Queen !

Happy Monday Mommas !!!! Happy Monday to all of my Queens !

Hope you had a phenomenal time celebrating , celebrating all the mommas, your own mommas and just being reminded of what an amazing job you continue to do .

It’s a new week…. Same goals but BIGGER ENERGY !!!

Its time to stop playing small with our goals !

It’s time to stop putting everything and everyone before our HEALTH !

We are not getting any younger and this is the time we need to lock in, Stay Focused and remind ourselves that we ARE WORTHY !!!
